SELF-STORAGE CONFIDENCE INDEX ANNOUNCES SECOND QUARTER SURVEY

PHOENIX, ARIZ. – Denise Nunez, President and Publisher, MiniCo Publishing, has announced the launch of the Self-Storage Confidence Index (SSCI) survey for the second quarter of 2008. An initiative of MiniCo Publishing, Cushman & Wakefield, Inc., and Holliday Fenoglio Fowler, LP (formerly Storage Investment Advisors, LLP), the index is designed to anticipate the effects of economic conditions and trends on self-storage operations. The new survey will be open March 4-18, 2008.

Self-storage business professionals in the U.S. and Canadian markets are encouraged to participate in the online survey. The survey records next-quarter expectations in the critical areas of sales, profits, hiring, expenditures and industry economic outlook. Survey results will be compiled and published, and will be available to participants, subscribers, and other self-storage professionals. Participants may complete the second quarter survey and view results from the first quarter survey online at www.selfstorageconfidenceindex.com.
