MINICO PUBLISHING ANNOUNCES 2007 MANAGER OF THE YEAR WINNERS

PHOENIX, ARIZ. – Denise Nunez, President, MiniCo Publishing, has announced the winners of the 2007 Manager of the Year awards. The awards are sponsored by Self Storage Now! magazine, a publication of MiniCo Publishing, a division of MiniCo, Inc.

Craig Hall, manager of Stor-It Los Gatos in Los Gatos, Calif., has been named 2007 Manager of the Year by the magazine. Since becoming the facility’s manager, he has increased the occupancy rate from 30 percent to more than 85 percent. Hall has also reduced delinquencies to zero and devised innovative ways to market the facility.

The two runners up are Tamara White, manager of Missouri Flat Storage Depot in Placerville, Calif., and Jenny Rodrigues, manager of Waikele Self Storage in Kipapa Gulch, Hawaii.

As the winner, Mr. Hall will be profiled in the January/February issue of Self Storage Now! and the February issue of Mini Storage Messenger magazine and will receive a personalized trophy and a $250 American Express® gift card. Ms. White and Ms. Rodrigues will also be profiled in both publications and will each receive a certificate of achievement and a $50 American Express® gift card.
