Landfall of Nate in the Gulf Coast is Likely to Happen Late This Weekend

Thunderstorm activity in the southwest Caribbean is set to become Tropical Storm Nate. The Gulf of Mexico is the favored region for formation in October. The storm is set to bring large amounts of rainfall to the eastern Central America. It will potentially turn into a Hurricane late this weekend.

Areas at highest risk in the US stretch from Louisiana to the Florida panhandle.
