File a Claim
If you are a policyholder, please report any claim directly to your insurance agent. Your agent will document the details of your claim and report it to MiniCo. Your assigned MiniCo claims adjuster will contact you within 24 working hours of receipt of the claim.
To expedite the discussion with your agent, you will need to have the following information available:
- Policy number
- Names and contact information of all parties involved in the claim
- Type of loss (property, liability, etc.)
- Description of the loss/event
- Description of any injuries
