Jim Henry
Chief Underwriting Officer, Property and Casualty OperationsJim Henry has proven commercial and agricultural underwriting and management experience. Previously, he served as RVP Manager of Farmers Union Insurance and President of QBE Agri Insurance. Jim also has held various senior management positions with OneBeacon Insurance and Great American Insurance Group. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, and currently holds his CPCU, ARe, AIC, ARM, and AFIS designations.
Kevin DeMoss
Vice President, Product DevelopmentKevin DeMoss has extensive commercial and agricultural underwriting and management experience in the property and casualty industry. Most recently, he served as Vice President of QBE Agriculture Product and Pricing and has held previous management positions with OneBeacon Insurance and Fireman’s Fund Insurance. Kevin earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Washington State University in Pullman, Wash., and currently holds his AIM and AFIS designations.
Don Sedlacek
Vice President, ClaimsDon Sedlacek is an experienced claims professional with a solid background and expertise in numerous claim operational and development roles. Primarily with Fireman’s Fund Insurance, Don’s experience includes multi-line Claim Manager, WC SIU Director, National Recovery Director, Crop National Claim Executive, and Director of TPAs. He also spent six years with OneBeacon/QBE as the Vice President of Agribusiness Claims.
