Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 a.m. MST on May 1, 2007, and ends at 11:59 p.m. MST on September 30, 2007.

Eligibility:
No purchase necessary to enter or to win. Sweepstakes is open to all legal residents of Texas who, as of the time of entry, own a self-storage business that is enrolled to offer the TenantOne Direct™ tenant insurance program provided by MiniCo, Inc. Participants must be at least 21 years of age or older. Employees, officers and managers of MiniCo, Inc., their immediate family members and persons living in their household are not eligible to participate in the sweepstakes.

Void where prohibited. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.

Prize:
Five prizes will be awarded in the sweepstakes. The prizes are as follows:

		Four Home Depot® gift cards in the amount of $100 each.
		Two two-day passes to attend the Texas Self Storage Association Annual Convention be held in Arlington, Texas, October 15-16, 2007.
		Check for $500.

Estimated retail value of the prize to be awarded is $1,005. No alternative prize, cash equivalent, or other substitution will be permitted. All federal, state and/or local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winner should consult his/her tax advisor regarding the reporting of prize value as income.

Travel Arrangements:
Travel arrangements to and from the Texas Self Storage Association Annual Convention are the sole responsibility of the winner. MiniCo, Inc. will not be responsible for costs incurred by winner other than those listed above under the heading “Prize."

How To Enter:
Self-storage businesses must be enrolled in the TenantOne Direct tenant insurance program in order for their owners to be eligible for this sweepstakes. To enroll in the program, fill out the facility application online at http://www.minico.com/Self-Storage-Tenant-app.html or call 800-253-5858 to request an application via mail or fax.

For every new self-storage customer who purchases a TenantOne Direct policy between 12:01 a.m. MST on May 1, 2007, and 11:59 p.m. MST on September 30, 2007, the self-storage facility owner will receive one entry into the sweepstakes. MiniCo, Inc. will record and tabulate all entries at the MiniCo, Inc. corporate headquarters at 2531 W. Dunlap Avenue, Phoenix, Arizona, 85021.

Each eligible policy purchased by a self-storage customer equals one entry into the sweepstakes.

Restrictions:
All entries become the property of MiniCo, Inc. and will not be returned.

MiniCo, Inc. is not responsible for and shall not be held liable for the following:

		Late, lost, delayed, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, unintelligible, or postage-due entries;
		Telephone, electronic, hardware or software program, network, Internet, or computer failures or difficulties of any kind or any disconnection or error;
		Failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions;
		Any condition caused by events beyond the control of MiniCo, Inc. that may cause the sweepstakes to be disrupted or canceled;
		Any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of the prize or acceptance, possession, or use of the prize, or from participation in the sweepstakes; or
		Any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the sweepstakes. MiniCo, Inc. reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or cancel this sweepstakes at any time.

		On May 31, 2007, a winner will be selected from the entries received between 12:01 a.m. MST on May 1, 2007, and 11:59 p.m. MST on May 29, 2007. The winner of this drawing will receive a $100 Home Depot gift card.
		On June 29, 2007, a winner will be selected from the entries received between 12:01 a.m. MST on May 1, 2007, and 11:59 p.m. MST on June 27, 2007. The winner of this drawing will receive a $100 Home Depot gift card.
		On July 31, 2007, a winner will be selected from the entries received between 12:01 a.m. MST on May 1, 2007, and 11:59 p.m. MST on July 27, 2007. The winner of this drawing will receive a $100 Home Depot gift card.
		On August 31, 2007, a winner will be selected from the entries received between 12:01 a.m. MST on May 1, 2007, and 11:59 p.m. MST on August 29, 2007. The winner of this drawing will receive a $100 Home Depot gift card.
		On October 2, 2007, a winner will be selected from the entries received between 12:01 a.m. MST on May 1, 2007, and 11:59 p.m. MST on September 30, 2007. The winner of this drawing will receive two two-day passes to attend the Texas Self Storage Association Annual Convention be held in Arlington, Texas, October 15-16, 2007, and a check for $500.

The winner of each drawing will be notified by e mail and/or regular mail within 24 hours after drawing is completed. The winner of each drawing will have 7 days from notification to accept the prize by e-mail (mharris@minico.com) or regular mail. MiniCo, Inc. is not responsible for and shall not be liable for late, lost, misdirected or unsuccessful efforts to notify winners.

Winners may be required to sign and return a release of liability, affidavit of eligibility, and, where lawful, a publicity consent agreement, all within 10 days of acknowledged notification. By accepting and/or using prize, winners and guests agree to the use of their names, voices or likenesses for the purpose of advertising, trade or promotion without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. If a selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim prize, or fails to timely return completed and executed affidavit and releases required, prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected.

Participation:
By participating in the TenantOne Direct tenant insurance program during the sweepstakes eligibility period, participant releases and holds harmless MiniCo, Inc., its employees, officers, managers, representatives, legal advisors, and agents for, from, and against any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind whatsoever, directly or indirectly, related to the sweepstakes or arising from the acceptance, possession, or use of the prize, including without limitation, personal injury, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy.
