All disputes will be resolved solely by binding arbitration and entrants waive the ability to bring claims in a class action format.

Sweepstakes Entry Period:
The Fran Tarkenton Signed Jersey Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:01 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on Wednesday, July 24, 2024, and ends at 11:59 PM Pacific Time (“PT”) on Monday, July 29, 2024 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

Eligibility:
The Sweepstakes is open to legal permanent residents of the 50 United States (and the District of Columbia) who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry (or the age of majority in their state of residence if greater than 18). The officers and directors of Sponsor (defined below) and Sponsor’s parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, retailers, sales representatives, advertising and promotion agencies (collectively, the “Released Parties”) are not eligible to enter the Sweepstakes or win a prize. Household Members and Immediate Family Members of the Released Parties are also not eligible to enter or win. “Household Members” shall mean those people who share the same residence and/or are domiciled with them, whether or not they are related. “Immediate Family Members” shall mean parents, step-parents, legal guardians, children, step-children, siblings, step-siblings, or spouses. Void where prohibited by law. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. By entering, you understand that you are providing your information to the MiniCo Insurance Agency, LLC, (the “Sponsor”).

How To Enter:
Participants who receive a digital ad promoting the Sweepstakes may enter the Sweepstakes by clicking on the digital ad to the Sweepstakes entry website, completing the form on https://www.minico.com/thenational/ by providing a complete “Entry” (defined as “First Name,” “Last Name,” and “E-mail,”) and then submitting the entry form by clicking the “Submit” button. If you choose to participate using your mobile device, standard data fees may apply. See your wireless provider for pricing plan details.

Limit one (1) entry per email address. The use of script, macro, or automated devices (or any other devices intended to automate or subvert any aspect of Entry ) to enter the Sweepstakes is prohibited, and any Entry submitted through such means will be disqualified. Any Entry that is deemed to be ineligible (at Sponsor’s sole discretion and in accordance with these Official Rules) will be void. In the event of a dispute, entries will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at time of entry. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address.

Proof of submitting an entry does not constitute proof of receipt by Sponsor. All Entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned to the entrant or acknowledged. Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, stolen, incomplete, misdirected, delayed, garbled, damaged, inaccurate or undelivered Entries, or for telephonic, human or computer failures, problems or errors, interruptions in service due to system upgrades, repairs, modifications or other causes, failures or malfunctions of connections, satellite, network, cable, Internet Service Provider (ISP), phones, phone lines or telephone systems, traffic congestion on the internet, technical or mechanical malfunctions, or other malfunctions or errors, whether caused by equipment, programming, human error or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of Entries, the announcement of a prize, for any injury or damage to participant’s or any other person’s computer or other device relating to or resulting from participation in this Sweepstakes, or for printing, typographical, human or other errors appearing in these Official Rules or other Sweepstakes-related materials. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to void any Entries and disqualify such entrants that Sponsor believes have attempted to tamper with or impair the administration, security, fairness, or proper play of this Sweepstakes and/or who are in violation of these Official Rules.

BY ENTERING THE SWEEPSTAKES, ENTRANT AGREES TO COMPLY WITH AND BE BOUND BY THESE OFFICIAL RULES AND THE DECISIONS OF SPONSOR, WHICH ARE FINAL AND BINDING.

Winner Selection/Notification:
One (1) winner will be randomly selected on or about Tuesday, July 30, 2024, from among all eligible entries received. Each valid Entry will have an equal chance of winning. Odds of winning will depend upon the total number of eligible entries received. The potential winner will be contacted by Sponsor by email to the email address included on the Entry (the “Notification”). Such potential winner will be required to respond to Sponsor as instructed in the Notification and provide their shipping address within five (5) business days of the issuance of Notification. The potential winner’s shipping address must be located in the United States of America. Potential prize winner is subject to eligibility verification and compliance with these Official Rules. In the event that a selected potential prize winner declines the prize, is not eligible to accept the prize, does not comply with the terms of these Official Rules, does not comply with the terms of the Notification or is not available for any reason when notified, his/her prize opportunity will be forfeited, and Sponsor, at its sole discretion, may randomly select an alternate potential prize winner from among all remaining eligible entries received. Sponsor shall have the right to announce the winner on its social feed in its sole discretion after the winner is notified. Sponsor is not responsible for electronic communications that are undeliverable as a result of any form of active or passive filtering of any kind, or insufficient space in participant’s email account to receive email messages. Sponsor is not responsible for false, incorrect, changed, incomplete, or illegible contact information.

One (1) Grand Prize:
One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive a replica Minnesota Vikings jersey signed by Fran Tarkenton. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $150. All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Prize is awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsor. Any difference between the stated value and actual value will not be awarded. Other than the details of the prize outlined above, Sponsor has no additional obligations or commitments to the prize winner in connection with this Sweepstakes. All costs and expenses associated with the acceptance and use of the prize not specified herein as being awarded, including, but not limited to, all federal, state and local taxes, are at winner’s sole responsibility.

Miscellaneous:
Prize has no cash equivalent. No transfer, assignment, cash redemption, or substitution of prize is permitted except by Sponsor who reserves the right to substitute a prize with one of comparable or greater value, at its sole discretion. Entrants agree, by entering, that (1) Sponsor and its designees may use (unless prohibited by law), entrant’s name for advertising, trade and/or any other purposes in any media now or hereafter known throughout the world in perpetuity, without further compensation, permission or notification, and (2) Sponsor shall have no liability, and Sponsor and the Released Parties will be released, indemnified, defended and held harmless by entrant, for any claim, action, liability, loss, injury or damage to entrant or any other person or entity arising out of entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or the receipt, acceptance, use or misuse of the prize, including, without limitation, personal injury or death to entrant or any other person or damage to personal or real property, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prize or participation in this Sweepstakes, or typographical or printing errors in any Sweepstakes-related materials. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, and/or terminate this Sweepstakes (or portion thereof) for any reason, including should virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the Sweepstakes and, in the case of termination, at its discretion, select the winner from among all eligible non-suspect entries received, prior to the event that required such termination. CAUTION: Any attempt to deliberately damage the website or undermine the legitimate operation of this Promotion is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek any and all remedies available from any such person(s) responsible for the attempt to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Arbitration:
Except where prohibited by law, as a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, entrant agrees that (1) any and all disputes and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or any prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by final and binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association and held at the AAA regional office nearest the entrant; (2) the Federal Arbitration Act shall govern the interpretation, enforcement and all proceedings at such arbitration; and (3) judgment upon such arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. Under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, or any other damages, including attorneys’ fees, and entrant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.

Choice Of Law:
All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the substantive laws of the State of New York, USA.

Privacy:
As a condition of entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant gives consent for Sponsor to obtain and deliver his or her name, address, email and other information to third parties for the purpose of marketing communication, administering this Sweepstakes, and to comply with applicable laws, regulations and rules, including, without limitation, the storing of your personal information for purposes of complying with state record retention requirements. Personal information collected from entrants is subject to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, which can be found at https://www.minico.com/privacy-policy/.
