MiniCo has purchased the renewal rights and associated assets of the professional liability insurance program business of JLT Facilities, Inc.
MiniCo Insurance Agency has announced the purchase of the renewal rights and associated assets of the professional liability insurance program business of JLT Facilities, Inc., a subsidiary of Jardine Lloyd Thompson Group, PLC, including its long-standing lawyers professional liability facility written through A.M. Best “A” rated carriers.
MiniCo will continue to underwrite these programs from its new Latham, NY, branch office. Newly appointed MiniCo executives John Conroy and Michael Attanasio will provide continuity and leadership for their team of former JLT Facilities, Inc., underwriters while delivering the same level of expert underwriting and quality service to existing agents and insured clients.
